Size Chart The most important measurement for ballet and skating costumes is the girth measurement.  Measure girth from the center of the right shoulder, through the crotch, and back to the starting point.  For all measurements, do not draw tape tight.  When in doubt, let the girth measurement be your guide. 1 inch (1") = 2.54 cm
